Description

The 47 Ronin julep strainer is made of stainless steel and filters out ice and mint leaves while pouring, ensuring that only clear liquid ends up in the glass. You place the perforated spoon-shaped tool into the mixing glass and pour directly through it; this is the traditional, classic method for straining stirred cocktails. The stainless steel is sturdy, rust-resistant, and will remain in great condition for years with hand washing. The strainer is an essential part of any bar toolkit and is built for daily use behind a busy bar.
