Description

The Qse60 from the Ultrarapide series is an over-fired salamander grill for gratinating, glazing, and quickly finishing dishes. The larger model offers more working width than the smaller version, allowing multiple plates to fit underneath at once. The high overhead heat reaches temperature quickly, saving time during busy service. Intended for restaurant kitchens, hotels, and catering services that regularly gratinate plates or add color to dishes just before serving.
